You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All return or exchange requests must be submitted during this period.
Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and (if possible) a short unedited video capturing the opening of the package and showing the damage.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received a different product than what you ordered, let us know and we’ll arrange a return and send you the correct item at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We regret that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Items purchased during a sale or clearance (unless defective or shipped incorrectly)
Return Process
Contact Us To initiate a return or exchange, email us (or use our contact form) within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Approval We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions (including return address or label) from us.
Return Shipping If the return is due to damage or incorrect shipment, we will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Packaging & Shipment Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging (if available), include all accessories, tags, and documentation, and ship to the address provided.
Inspection Once we receive the return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refund or Exchange
If approved, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs, where applicable) to your original payment method within 5 business days.
For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement item once the return is processed.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error (defect or wrong item shipped).
You are responsible for ensuring safe return shipment of the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt or tracking number.
Items returned without prior approval or that do not meet the stated conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
