2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including pin code, state, and landmark if applicable).
In case of any correction or clarification required by our courier partner, delivery may be delayed.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Here’s a breakdown of estimated delivery timelines once your order has been shipped:
Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 3–6 business days
Remote/pin-code areas: 5–8 business days or more, depending on courier availability Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, courier strikes, public holidays, or regional lock-downs.
5. Shipping Partners & Tracking
We ship via trusted courier partners that cover the entire country.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s status.

6. Address Changes & Undelivered Orders
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We’ll attempt to modify the address if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will notify you and arrange to re-ship it once we receive confirmation and the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you do not respond within 3 business days of the return notification, the order will be cancelled and refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any shipping or handling costs incurred.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Vision Shop does not offer international shipping. We only ship to domestic addresses within India. We may review this policy in the future and update this page accordingly.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged outer packaging and the product(s) inside, and contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
If your tracking number shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us immediately — we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner.
We cannot be responsible for delays or loss arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, local transport strikes, incorrect address provided by customer).
9. “Block-listed” Items or Prohibited Areas
Please note that some remote or restricted pin-codes may not be serviced by certain courier partners. If your postal code falls into such a restricted zone, In such cases:
We may contact you with alternative shipping charges or ask for self-pickup at a local depot.
If we are unable to ship, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
